[PATCH] hcache: Codingstyle Update; Right keyword expansion



Hello TLR,
please apply the attached patch against CVS HEAD. It fixes the following
*two* issues:

        - make hcache.c conform to mutt codingstyle

        - use $Id$ CVS keyword instead of %K% BitKeeper keyword
