I can't OP_TOGGLE_WRITE (toggle-write) a folder that has no messages. The problem is that since I can't OP_TOGGLE_WRITE a folder that has no messages when a new message gets in just before exit the message will be marked from new to old and that's the reason I wanted to not write on exit. Could you make mutt be able to OP_TOGGLE_WRITE a folder that has no messages?
