that is no solution. A English-speaking person can receive a mail from
a person that runs a German netscape.

BTW: Linux-Netscape is not affected by this problem because the German
translation is not official but made by some Linux distributions by
translating X-Ressources. It's only the "official" Netscape for
Windows.
