Yes.  Read the message body from stdin rather than by using -i:

    mutt -x -a/tmp/pru.htm -sPrueba itena@xxxxxxxxxxxxx < /tmp/prueba

Also, questions of usage, like this one, should really be posted to
the mutt-users list rather than to mutt-dev.
