IMHO of exclusive mbox user, yes: Fcc to an mbox should not renew
it, because you read what you write (hopefully).
Also moving read messages from quited spool to mbox as result of
$move and $mbox-hook should not renew mbox, because by principle these
messages are read.
OTOH save/copy (and friends) should renew the destination mbox (or
this should be configurable), because you can well save new messages
(like to correct a procmail misdispatch or such).
Yes I know: In these 3 cases, Mutt does exactly the opposite. Note
I talk from user point of view, and did not study feasability, side
effects, nor consistency with other folder formats.
