How to submit a patch for mutt ?

Hello there.

I've patched mutt to add a command named 'list-unbsubscribe' and which
is mapped on the 'X' keystroke.

Here are the main features of my patch :

- read the header called 'List-Unsubscribe' and catch the mail address
  if the header is like that :
        . <mailto:mailaccount@domain>
        . <mailto:mailaccount@domain?something>

- preapre a new mail with those poperties :
        . to: mailaccount@domain (according to what was found in the header)
        . subject: unsubscribe

My question is :

What is the good way to follow if I want to submit my patch tou the mutt
dev team ?
