current cvs version doesn't compile with slang support enabled
Hi,
I am trying to compile a 'slanged' version of mutt on Solaris and Linux,
but I always get the following error:
./configure --enable-slang
...
make

gcc -Wall -pedantic -g -O2 -o mutt patchlist.o addrbook.o alias.o attach.o

/scratch/mutt/menu.c:51: undefined reference to `pair_content'
a quick search via cscope shows that PAIR_NUMBER is defined in:
1 743 /usr/include/curses.h <<PAIR_NUMBER>>
#define PAIR_NUMBER(a) (((a) & A_COLOR) >> NCURSES_ATTR_SHIFT)
2 743 /usr/include/ncurses.h <<PAIR_NUMBER>>
#define PAIR_NUMBER(a) (((a) & A_COLOR) >> NCURSES_ATTR_SHIFT)
