Please do. Broken Outlook installs sending unlabeled 8 bit characters
are sadly a fact of life. Ignoring this will not do our users any
good because I doubt that annoying them would make microsoft users
configure correctly their software...

I did not notice this part of the patch, I don't care about it and I'm
not interested in applying it to the debian mutt package.
