bug#1693: marked as done (mutt-1.5.4i: Makefile.am needs to list md5.c to avoid linker trouble)

I configured mutt (CVS) with '--enable-pop' '--enable-imap'
'--with-sasl2' '--with-homespool=Maildir/' '--enable-maintainer-mode'
'-C' '--with-ssl' 'CFLAGS=-pipe -g -march=pentium -mcpu=i686 -Os -Wall
-W' and saw linker failures related to MD5.

The patch  below fixes this:
