mutt_sasl.c unconditionally uses NI_WITHSCOPEID in a call to getnameinfo().
NI_WITHSCOPEID is an experimental flag, and may not be available. It is not
available on Linux (glibc 2.3.2), or on Solaris 9.
Obviously, this only shows up when you've configured in SASL. In particular,
the call is contained in a USE_SASL2 #ifdef.
