The following hook:
folder-hook . 'exec current-top'
which works as excepted when mutt is used locally, causes mutt to hang
when using imap. This is what happens: after starting mutt, and having
entered the required ssl password, ssl after a while reports that
connection failed, and no mailbox is opened. After commenting out the
folder-hook there is no problem starting mutt using imap. The version
used is mutt 3.28 (Debian Woody)
On another machine the same .muttrc with the same folder-hook works
without problem when mutt is run locally (mutt 1.4, Debian Woody)
