Dave,

I know it is not a popular stance but, while we're having the arguments about net neutrality and other issues, the U.S. is rapidly dropping over the proverbial Digital Divide in that no one is taking serious moves to dissuade the idea that 1.5 Megabits is Broadband since many countries have gone so far as to provide Gigabit Internet connections at lesser prices than we're paying for our meager Megabit capacities here in the U.S.

If anyone can defend that happenstance, I'd like to hear about it...
