And HOW long have you been flying that ghastly airline??
You know what Oscar Wilde said about third marriages being "a triumph
of hope over experience"... I think it's sorta like that to entrust
your travel arrangements to United Airlines... sigh!!
I only book them when there is almost NO other choice. And even then,
I *expect* to get shafted.
(Like Braniff, they're usually pretty fair once in the air... but
DAMN they're awful, ground-side...!)
