[IP] a REQUEST from your editor on critical infrastuctures

I will be presenting in a soon conference at a session focusing on  
why there isn't a simple technical silver bullet the
lack of easy solutions to prevent critical information  
infrastructures from failing to behave as expected  As policy-makers  
tend to like "silver bullets" it may be important to tell them that  
there isn't one.

I am looking for really great examples outside the internet space. Help.
