I was interested in your post on the T&C related to Qwest's High Speed
Internet service.

This is a pretty onerous T&C, and certainly contentious. However, I can't find - but might have missed - where it says that the terms relate even if Qwest is not the provider. Nor can I see how they are claiming to forbid the
use of the line for WiFi hotspots.

The spam issue is an intriguing one - any further comment you'd like to put on the record? It's hard to see how they could impose such a thing, though
I'm no expert on US state law.
