Dave, there are also a variant of Bump Keys for car locks that are
called 'jigglers'. They are sold for car repossession and locksmiths,

Yeah, for only $24.95 you can get a set that'll open many cars!
Legality of such locksmith tools of course varies by jurisdiction,
many of which require licensing to buy them, but in the Internet Age,
that doesn't look like much of an obstacle.
