Greetings from Guatemala City.
I'm visiting the recently discovered secret police archive mentioned
in the BBC News link (below) this afternoon.

One of the challenges is that the Human Rights Ombudsman's Office
wants to digitalize a large % of the 75 million pages of information
they discovered some 4 months ago. How to quickly scan the files and
keep the information secure is a challenge they have - one where
comment and advice from experts would be most welcome.
Can you and/or any of the IP's recommend who I might be able to
contact to help advise the Human Rights Ombudsman's Office on the
very challenging task they have ahead.
I welcome any comments and/or advice.
