[IP] more on need a good level contact at United Airlines



I agree with Dave. The flight crews and red carpet staff are friendly and helpful. The management seems not to want our business.

you have to be joking, Dave. UAL has had a consistent anti-customer pattern of behavior at least since they first screwed me over in 1957.
