A few days ago, the IBM 360/91 mainframe at the
Princeton University Office of Information Technology
(né Computer Center --- SHARE installation code PU)
was decommissioned. That mainframe was installed in March of 1969, so it was in use for 36+ years. This has got to be some sort of record.

Some years ago, Alan Perlis and I had a discussion about starting a project
to record the dates of last usage of some of the grand machines of the
day. But like so many other good intentions, it didn't get off the ground.
For instance, are there any 709x machines still in use? Are there any
Control Data, General Electric, Honeywell, etc machines in use? Somehow
I think there must be one or two still hidden away in some dark dungeon,
but don't know where that might be. Do you know if anyone has started
a blog on this subject?
