Editorial Summary

China's Ministry Of Culture (MOC) plans to launch an Internet monitoring platform, ChinaByte reports. The platform will monitor on the Internet in real time. An insider at the MOC said that the Ministry Of Finance (MOF) will back the development of the project with tens of millions of Yuan. According to the source, the platform will be set up in early 2006.
