It's a residential gateway built into a phone. Not much different
from what Netopia and others have been re-selling for years. (Like to
see who actually made that puppy.) The only addition is the phone
hanger and the mini-screen.
Gateways like this have not been selling like hotcakes, I believe,
although I'm happy to see some solid numbers.
