[What about commercial or general aviation flights? Tall buildings
nearby? What about commercial providers of satellite images that have
been selling such photos to the public for years? You'd think that if
a terrorist cell is determined enough to carry off an attack they
might find alternate ways to secure a photograph of something that's

Google Earth, the prominent search engine’s latest internet service
that allows users to zoom in and display aerial images of any part of
the globe, has caused a bit of a stir in the Dutch lower house and
among local security experts.
Both politicians and police are concerned that certain locations in
the Netherlands, such as the port of Rotterdam, the royal palace in
the Hague and Amsterdam Airport, already potential terrorist targets,
could be made more vulnerable to terrorists thanks to the detailed
images created from satellites and aircrafts within the last three
years available via Google Earth.
