Subject: Rummy LOVES covert citizen-tracking!
Remember the TIA - Total Information Awareness - program pursued by
Irangate's Poindexter, a few years ago ... to collect comprehensive
information on all [previously presumed innocent] American citizens?
That was begrudgingly killed after word of it leaked [flooded] all
over the Internet, and eventually even dribbled onto Fox News?
Well ... you didn't REALLY think this administration's political
appointees were going to give up on such a wonderful
citizen-profiling scheme as that ... did you?
And apparently without any knowledge or approval by Congress, either.
Apparently, the much-tauted "rule of law" doesn't apply to those in
power.
