Subject: NSF Cyber Trust solicitation 05-518 is available

All,

The Cyber Trust solicitation for 2005 (NSF 05-518) is available on the NSF
website (and has been since November 7):

http://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2005/nsf05518/nsf05518.htm

The solicitation is quite similar to the 2004 version, but there are some significant differences. If you are interested in proposing, be sure read
the entire solicitation. Please note:

- proposals must identify the size category of the competition for which
they are intended (individual/small group, team, or center-scale);

- all proposals are due February 7, 2005;

- education-only proposals will be reviewed this year together with research
proposals

- for center-scale activity proposals:
     - no letters of intent are required this year;
     - three extra pages are available for the Management and Evaluation
plan

I look forward to receiving your submissions.

Regards,
--Carl
