the GAO published a study of how federal judicial disclosures are not
accessible to the public, and steps that could be taken to make them
more
acessible in the future.
This GAO Study, described by Paul Nielson on the FOI-L Listserv, is
only
available from GAO upon request, using the GAO records access
procedure,
because GAO removed the report from their website -- ordinarily
reports such
as this are available in electronic format online.
Rumor has it that the GAO decided to remove the report from their web
site
upon request from certain federal judges. Perhaps someone will post
it
online as a favor to GAO.
