This reminds me of the attempts several years ago by Etisalat in the
UAE to
stop "rude" conversations on SMS. It was a joke, because as soon as the
"kids" figured out that there was a filter, they developed their own
version
of Arabic, using western character sets! - The filters saw nothing but
unintelligible strings of "English" and communication continued
unabated and
uncensored.
