Hello.

For IP, if you like.

September 24, CCIA (Computer & communications Industry Association) released
a much critical report about Microsoft software and its consequences to
Internet security.

Taken from http://www.ccianet.org/:

"Washington, DC - Some of the nationâ??s leading computer science and network
security experts today issued a report warning that the computers and
critical technological infrastructure worldwide are increasingly vulnerable
to attack because of the security practices and dominance of Microsoft
software in desktop computing. As a result of Microsoftâ??s concerted effort to
fortify and expand its monopolies by tightly integrating applications with
its operating system, and its success in achieving near ubiquity in personal
computing, our computer networks are now susceptible to massive, cascading
failures."

were Rebecca Bace, Peter Gutmann, Perry Metzger, Charles P. Pfleeger, John
S. Quarterman and Bruce Schneier)

@stake is one of the partners of Microsoft "Trustworthy Computing".

After this report was released, Mr. Geer left his post at @stake.
