I would have been surprised if they COULD have excluded you, individually,
from their scheme.
DNS just doesn't work that way.
That said, I have an app called privoxy that filters ads and can mangle
content in the browser. One feature is that sites that don't exist got a
custom "i'm not there" page generated on the local box, by privoxy. I've
not done much with it, but it might be possible to re-rig privoxy to avoid
Verisign.
