Well now,
The equal representation and affirmative action goals seem to be being met.
The qualifications seem to be in order.
However I missed a very important qualification concept. An essential requirement for achieving the goals mentioned and embraced. Of course what I refer to is diversification.
There seems to be diversification in all matters except the most important one - that of opinions.
Now I think I might apply for a job with ICANN. How nice it would be to work for a corporation that is homogenous in the one area that counts - opinions. You never have to worry about endfighting or ruffled feathers or who to listen to. Just do what one person says and everyone will agree. I must brush off the old resume' and hope I did not burn to many bridges.
