No it wouldn't be for several fairly obvious reasons. The likely most
prominent one being that given the number of forums discussing similar
areas of interest regarding DNS, "only people on this list" being
non-multilingual are native English speakers is logically unlikely.

in need of one. Nor was the original question in response to Erick's
