[ga] The draft IP enforcement directive get's go-ahead, Damage predicted



All.

  Seems that the EU-DMCA had gotten the go-ahead for extraordinary
IP protections.  Many predict as we did some 3 years ago now such
protections will likely damage long term as well as future small and
medium sized IT businesses in the EU as well as some global US
based IT companies.

  Again the ICANN IP and business constituencies have fanned
these flames with extra help from France especially...
