I will remind meeting attendees that *I* gave them sample MOU text to 
help facilitate their discussion of establishing a European RALO -- and 
that it is intended as an example of what an MOU might look like and is 
not "ALAC text" (a couple meeting participants asked me what a RALO MOU 
was).

It would be useful if ALAC members discussed the MOUs and I'm sure the 
ALSs would welcome your suggestions on how they should proceed.
