business days. Keep in mind, during this time you are and will continue to
be bound by the midPhase Terms of Service Contract. Your account is now
marked as **PENDING CANCELLATION** and will be reviewed. Once it is
reviewed, it will be marked CANCELLATION COMPLETE and you will be
contacted with a confirmation E-mail.
