[alac-forum] Changing ownership of a domain

I realize it's important to authenticate identification of someone transferring 
domain ownership, but the requirement to fax something on company letterhead is 
hopelessly antiquated. It may have been slightly more relevant ten years ago, 
but it's just an unnecessary hurdle at this point.

Do you actually try to verify that it's "authentic" letterhead? How is there 
any way for you to possibly know? It's far too easy to fake something, and 
furthermore, companies change their letterhead all the time.
