I have been trying to obtain a refund of $224.75 from Wild
West Domains (http://www.wildwestdomains.com/default.aspx).
Back in March 2004 I initiated the
transfer of 29 domain names to Wild West (at http://www.cheap-domainregistration.com/).
However my current registrar (www.names.co.uk) came up with a better deal
and so I kept my domain names with www.names.co.uk. I do also have other domains
registered with Wild West, however they are simply
ignoring my request for a refund of $224.75. This $224.75 was extracted from my
credit card during the initial domain transfer notification, however if the
domain transfer is cancelled for whatever reason, you are supposed to be
refunded. I have raised many
support tickets with Wild West and also made a phone call to them on 8 May 2004. Each time they say that they will refund
my credit card, but instead they go back on their word and do not give me back
the money that I am owed.
Is there anything you can do to help me with this?
