[alac-forum] RE: Please Unlock my Domains for Transfer

I'm sorry but that's a joke. I registered domain names with
RegisterFly.com and their services do not work. All they are visibly
interested in is selling more services and not with the use and
management with the services they sold (just check their website for
yourself). How am I supposed to conduct business with a reseller that
takes my money freely but won't provide proper service? I have tried,
since March 22, to have an operable e-mail (sounds easy huh) and still
have had ZERO success. I have tried ALL their (RegisterFly) options to
resolve this and since they have weak customer support, I can't even get
answers.
This is wrong. I will definitely not sit still for this. You are the
Registrant and should be able to release the name.
Now what do I do? Wait? How about you hosting e-mail for me for the
next sixty days so I can operate my business? I have already paid your
reseller RegisterFly and am getting NO satisfaction with them.
Thank you

Due to a registry restriction, domains that are not yet 60-days old are
not
transferable between registrars. This is a registry rule, not a
restriction
instituted by eNom. Please feel free to submit a new request at a later
date.

Thank you.
