[alac-forum] Inability to synchronize domain renewal dates
I own a number of domains whose registration renewal dates are scattered
throughout the year. I would love to be able to move the dates of all of
them to a single date so that I have to worry about renewal issues only once
per year. My registrar says it's not possible to do that. If in fact that
is true, it shouldn't be. Why shouldn't I be allowed to pay a prorated
yearly fee to push a registration date forward to another date? I can't
possibly image it is so difficult to implement such a change. If it is, I'd
be interested in knowing why.
