[alac-forum] URL Racketeering and Fraud
Dear
Sirs-
We purchased a
domain name from an individual named Mike Borschow through his company, Superior
Broadcasting.
Even though he was
paid the amount requested, he is now refusing to transfer the domain name as
agreed upon contractually.
Does anyone know how
we can enforce the transfer without incurring legal fees?
Has anyone had a
similar incident with Mr.. Borschow or Superior?
If so, please
contact us as we may be able to bring federal racketeering charges against him
to enforce his contractual obligations.
