[council] Nominating Chuck Gomes for GNSO chair



Der all,
I would like to nominate Chuck Gomes to the position of Chair of the GNSO Council.
His experience and demonstrated ability as vice chair, as well as his leadership and deep knowledge of ICANN will benefit the whole community.
