We understand there has been some concerns about booking travel
for community members who have received commitments for travel support from
ICANN. Rest assured the travel support team is busy working on your
bookings.ÂÂ You should have received notices from BCD on your specific air travel.ÂÂ
For the lodging, the hotel has received lists of all known travelers supported
by ICANN, and has confirmed that the whole block of hotel rooms are reserved.ÂÂ
We are still waiting for confirmation on specific room assignments, and we will
let you know as soon as we do.ÂÂ For per diems, most were wired out last
Friday.ÂÂÂ
