Dear Council members

The DNSO Secretariat is in the process of putting up a URL for the WHOIS TF 
report which incorporates the final set of comments. She estimates that will be 
up in about an hour. Please see the transmittal letter below from the Task 
Force which is being sent to you separately and early, so that you can be 
reminded to read the additions in the comment sections.


We look forward to joining you on the Council call tomorrow to address any 
questions you may  have.
