VULNERABILITY SUMMARY
Potential vulnerabilities have been identified with HP OpenView
Network Node Manager (OV NNM). These vulnerabilities could be
exploited remotely by an unauthorized user to gain privileged
access.

SUPPORTED SOFTWARE VERSIONS*: ONLY impacted versions are listed.
HP OpenView Network Node Manager (OV NNM) 6.20, 6.4x, 7.01, 7.50
running on HP-UX B.11.00, B.11.11, and B.11.23, Solaris,
Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Linux.

NOTE: Any preliminary files which have been installed should be
removed before installing he patches listed below. A script to
remove the preliminary files is in the package containing those
files. Details are in the README_HPSBMA01224_rev1.txt file.

To determine if a system has an affected version,
search the output of "swlist -a revision -l fileset" for one of
the filesets listed below. For affected systems verify that the
recommended action has been taken.
