VULNERABILITY SUMMARY:
A potential vulnerability has been identified with HP OpenView
Event Correlation Services (OV ECS).  This  vulnerability could be
exploited remotely by an unauthorized user to gain privileged
access.

3.30, 3.31, 3.32, and 3.33 running on HP-UX B.11.00, B.11.11, and
B.11.23, Solaris, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Linux.
