Hey all,
shown that what I would've thought to be the Next Best Thing - RIPEMD - is yet another flawed system.
As far as I know, RIPEMD-160 is unbroken, and unlikely to be broken quickly because of the need to find collisions for the two "separate channels". Or did they publish a RIPEMD-160 attack together with the MD5 breaks ? Cheers, Thomas Dullien
