[alac] Fwd: ICANN assistance with Registrar

I have received the following request, again.

What do you think?

$10 registration and making this kind of complaints do not
make economic sense, but we need to deal with the situation
as a whole, not piece by piece, I guess.

Dear Mr. Aizu,

I am writing to you to request assistance regarding a problem I am having
with my registrar, Totalnic.net (currently under transition to
撤acnames.com\xC7
concerning transferring my domain, EXPLODING.ORG, away from
them. I have been attempting to do so for over a year now, with no success.
Totalnic / Pacnames has my domain under LOCK status.

I have sent Totalnic / Pacnames e-mail from within their own domain
administration system requesting that my domain be unlocked. They claim that
I must send them a notarized letter on company letterhead. From reports from
others who have had similar problems, this does not help. Totalnic /
Pacnames claims that they have never received the documents in question.

Here are links to reports from others who have had similar problems:

I have filled out a Registrar Complaint form with ICANN, but I have not
received a reply. Totalnic is even under investigation by the Australian
Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) within its own country, and has
recently lost a case against the Australian Domain Authority (AuDA)
attempting to prevent AuDA from obtaining records from Totalnic.

I request that ICANN require Totalnic / Pacnames to comply with my request
to unlock my domain, EXPLODING.ORG, since I am the lawful owner of that
domain. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

Regards,

Adam Shaw
