According to the vote called by the Chairman on 31 August 2004, the At Large Advisory Committee has APPROVED the request of accreditation as At Large Structure filed by ISOC-DRC on 17 March 2004. The votes cast were counted as follows: YES 11 NO 0 ABSTAIN 2 The Committee welcomes the organization into the list of the accredited At Large Structures and looks forward to a productive cooperation.
