I think, particularly, the revision arrives behind schedule or very early, but certainly out of time . ALAC has got another structure now, with the inclusion of RALOs, and in fact those RALOs haven't started to work yet.

I totally agree with you Adam - that's what I'd love to come out of the review.
Franck, the RALO structure for ALAC was set up a while ago. We just got the RALOs going after 3 years, but the review is overdue (per Adam's response), so it seems weird, but it's just the timing.
