You are right, diversity is important.
It is best achieved via outreach.
Writing precise diversity criteria into an organization's bylaws does not
necessarily result in diverse membership to fulfill the set criteria.
A diverse general assembly will make sure the whole association adheres to
diversity criteria.
Outreach will be most successful once EURALO is incorporated and can become
active and via this gain a profile and credibility.
Postponing incorporation of the association in order to have more time for
discussion does in my view not hold the promise to bring more wisdom to the
process.

This is very good - I hope we can get more participation from Eastern
Europe and from all the areas that are still missing. (But I still think
we need some geographical diversity provisions, not to disenfranchise
groups from areas that haven't joined the effort yet...).
