SAC on IDN-related redirection service.
The registrars' list archive is an interesting source of information
with respect to sitefinder. The following message is worth reading:

Note that this means that the SAC apparently does not have much of a
problem with the redirection service that had been put in place by
Verisign earlier on for domain names which contain non-ASCII
characters.
