• Registrants need a working ICANN – not just an ICANN that seems to work.

  • competition and user choice must be taken seriously
  • implement predictable and rational processes
  • meaningful accountability mechanisms

• Registrants need a focused ICANN – not one that is so broad that it doesn't get its core job done.
